A real job, and a crew to do it with.

You do not have to be qualified. You have to be willing and on time. We will teach you the rest, and nobody gets handed anything alone on their first day.

You are not signing up to run it. You are signing up for a role in a rotation. Most people stay right there, and that is a full answer. Some grow into co-leading and a few end up leading a team — but that grows out of serving, it is not something you get handed at a sign-up sheet.

We ask you to be here six months first. That is not us checking you out. It is us not handing you a job before anybody here knows your name. If you want something to do in the meantime, there are two other rooms — Beyond Sundays →

A Ministry Application, a rotation you can keep, and a background check if you will serve with Calvary Kids or Student Life. That last one is a rule, not a preference: every adult working with children who are not their own has a completed application and a background check on file, without exception.
